Can you handle commercial transactions as well as residential?

What should I expect regarding commission?
For buyers, you’ll sign an agreement upfront outlining my commission, it’s fully negotiable. Sometimes buyers pay it, but often I can negotiate for the seller to cover some or all of it.
For sellers, commission is also negotiable and agreed on before listing. You can choose whether or not to offer compensation to a buyer’s agent, which can impact your pool of buyers. I’ll walk you through the best strategy so everything is clear and you net the most possible.
